Data privacy and data security are some of the top priorities for FlyFin. Account access is powered by Mastercard and Plaid. This means that FlyFin actually never gets username passwords, which means that there is nothing to save. Mastercard & Plaid actually access your account statements. Note the only authority they have is to periodically access account statements. This is a fail-safe by itself. Furthermore, the way any personally identifiable information is saved on FlyFin like your name, email address, phone number, is highly secure. Infact FlyFin is CCPA compliant (California Consumer Privacy Act), which is the highest standard in the United States. Very few services have gone this far. We do it because security is job#1 for us.

If you fail to link your account with FlyFin. You can contact FlyFin’s tech team. The tech department will feed your expenses (in CSV format) manually to the A.I. service. All you have to do is the following:

•Download your expenses from your bank account in CSV file format
•Email this file as an attachment at flyfin@ai.flyfin.com
•Besides your name and email address, please remove any personally identifiable information like Social security number or Account number
